3-5+ years dental assistant experience, Bilingual Spanish/English, Eaglesoft experience preferred, High school diploma
About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients to the dental office
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
- Schedule appointments and post-op visits
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with payment procedures
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of dental assistant experience
- Experience with Eaglesoft PMS preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- High school diploma
- Accredited dental assistant certificate (if required by law)
- Active state radiology license (if required by law)
