Denim Designer

Responsibilities

• Research and develop seasonal denim trends, washes, fits, and finishes
• Design and deliver commercially relevant denim ranges across categories
• Create detailed design packs including CADs, specs, and wash direction
• Collaborate with Buying, Technical, and Product teams to ensure quality and margin standards
• Drive innovation in fabrication, sustainability, and finishing techniques
• Own fit and silhouette direction in partnership with technical teams
• Analyze trade and performance to inform future design decisions
• Present concepts and collections to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong experience in denim design within a fast-paced fashion retailer
• Deep understanding of denim washes, fabrications, and construction
• Commercial awareness and ability to interpret trends into products
• Proficiency in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proactive and collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global supply bases
• Knowledge of sustainable denim processes and innovation
• Strong understanding of fit and garment construction
