Demolition Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Assist estimating department with pre-bid planning and field experience
• Partner with Project Manager to prepare and maintain detailed project schedules
• Prepare work sequences and efficient crew mobilization plans
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Monitor production, resource utilization, and job costs against estimates
• Perform project close-out activities including punch lists and as-built drawings
• Enforce general and specific safety practices in accordance with company manuals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of industrial demolition experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage union workforces
• Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors, owners, and contractors

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional construction certifications or training
