Demo Experience Engineer, Technical Success

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demo readiness for new product capabilities, including environments, integrations, synthetic data, and reliability checks
• Build compelling prototypes, LLM agents, and reference flows that connect complex capabilities to clear customer outcomes
• Convert recurring customer needs into reusable accelerators such as companion apps, templates, and self-service demo packages
• Build internal agentic systems to automate demo preparation, validation, and asset maintenance
• Translate customer feedback into product insights and launch-readiness priorities for Product and Engineering teams
• Define and raise the bar for demo quality regarding accuracy, safety, reliability, and usability

Requirements

• Strong engineering depth in software architecture, integrations, and data systems
• Proven experience in LLM agent development and building AI-powered systems
• A product-minded engineering approach with the ability to turn ambiguous capabilities into reliable, reusable software
• Experience building reusable technical assets, tooling, or platforms that accelerate adoption
• Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving, ambiguous environments and influence cross-functional teams
