About the Company

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and production of desserts, pastries, baked goods, and other pastry items according to recipes and standards
• Ensuring all pastry items meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry section and assigned workstations
• Assisting with inventory control, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages to senior kitchen staff
• Following all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Working efficiently and collaboratively to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations
• Proper organization and storage of raw materials and finished products according to food safety guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar pastry position, preferably within hospitality or the luxury industry
• Degree or Diploma in Pastry Arts / Culinary Arts
• Knowledge of the English language
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to varying operational demands
