Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and assist with the preparation and presentation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes
• Ensure consistency and high quality in meal development and plating
• Support smooth service execution within a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Maintain strict cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Contribute to effective kitchen operations through teamwork and clear communication
• Take initiative to develop culinary skills, particularly in breakfast and early service operations

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Cook, Chef, or in a similar culinary position
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Valid working rights in New Zealand
