Responsibilities
- Support the smooth operation of the department
- Work proactively within the team to improve guest satisfaction and comfort
- Provide positive and timely responses to guest requests
- Contribute to achieving departmental economic and quality goals
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with all departments
- Help improve service standards, profitability, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B)
- Passion for the hospitality sector and a strong customer attitude
- Autonomy, dynamism, and flexibility
- Problem-solving skills and creative solution finding
- Professional integrity and seriousness
- Proficiency with IT systems
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
