About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service
- Maintain impeccable dining room presentation and readiness
- Supervise servers and assist in maintaining excellent customer service
- Assist the Chef de Rang in planning and coordinating service activities
- Ensure a high level of hospitality and guest satisfaction
