About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Experience in high-volume restaurants or resorts
  • Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools
  • Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Physical stamina for standing and lifting heavy objects
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
