Demi Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie in the smooth operation of the kitchen section
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards
• Assist in delivering an outstanding guest dining experience across all hotel food outlets
• Work as part of a kitchen team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timeliness
• Contribute to achieving departmental goals and maintaining quality standards
• Support cost control and inventory management within the section
• Maintain strong working relationships with team members
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and audit requirements
• Continuously develop culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs

Requirements

• Proven experience in a relevant role in a busy kitchen
• Strong culinary skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
