Demi Chef De Partie

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Turkish dishes according to recipes and hotel standards
• Assist the Chef De Partie in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items in accordance with hygiene and HACCP standards
• Support efforts to minimize food wastage and maintain cost control
• Coordinate effectively with other kitchen and service team members
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required

Requirements

• Essential experience in Turkish cuisine within hotels or restaurants
• Strong knowledge of authentic Turkish cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork and time management skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Turkish language skills
• Culinary certification or relevant hospitality qualification
• Familiarity with traditional Turkish hospitality and dining standards
