Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth kitchen operations to provide an exceptional culinary experience for guests
• Prepare dishes with high attention to detail, quality, and presentation
• Take reliable responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring professional and timely execution
• Support the implementation of departmental goals and hotel initiatives
• Monitor costs and inventory in close collaboration with supervisors to maintain productivity
• Maintain strict hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines and legal regulations
• Foster strong working relationships as a proactive team player

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory
• Proficiency in German
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• Passion for gastronomy and exceptional guest service
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility
• Reliability and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Openness to using digital tools and learning new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
