Demi Chef de Partie – Prep

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, stocks, and mise en place according to recipes and standards
• Ensure all prep items are properly labeled, stored, and rotated following HACCP guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the prep section at all times
• Support chefs during service by replenishing ingredients and ensuring smooth workflow
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries to maintain freshness and quality

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Prep Cook, Commis Chef, or Demi CDP in luxury hotels or fine-dining
• Strong knife skills and deep ingredient knowledge
• Ability to work efficiently and follow recipes with high precision
• Excellent English communication skills
• Russian-speaking skills are considered a significant advantage
• Professional grooming and strong teamwork abilities
