Villa Pétrusse is an iconic 19th-century 5-star residence located in the heart of Luxembourg City and a member of Relais & Châteaux. The establishment features Le Lys, a gastronomic restaurant, and Brasserie Ciel, offering refined and inventive culinary experiences in an intimate and elegant setting.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the setup and preparation of desserts in the pastry kitchen
- Receive, control, and store raw materials required for pastry making
- Assist actively in service, including preparing plated desserts
- Execute preparations, monitor cooking, and adjust sweet seasonings
- Propose innovative creations and ideas for future dessert menus
- Maintain, clean, and organize the workstation and pastry equipment
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Contribute to dessert quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Passion for pastry making
- Strong team spirit and dynamism
- Good adaptability and organizational skills
- Creative mindset
- Knowledge of HACCP methods
- Proficiency in basic cooking and preparation techniques
- Culinary training (CAP / BEP / BAC PRO)
- Successful experience in a similar establishment
