About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in creating desserts for the Lobby Bar, Room Service, breakfast, and Loulou restaurant buffets
- Assist the Chef de Partie with mise en place and ensure high-quality visual presentation
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP hygiene rules
- Execute service with agility across different settings including tea-time and room service
- Support pastry commis and maintain an organized workstation
Requirements
- Mastery of pastry basics (ganaches, doughs, creams)
- Proficiency with pastry tools like piping bags and precision scales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English skills for international clientele
- Dynamic, reactive, and team-oriented attitude
