Responsibilities

  • Participate in creating desserts for the Lobby Bar, Room Service, breakfast, and Loulou restaurant buffets
  • Assist the Chef de Partie with mise en place and ensure high-quality visual presentation
  • Ensure strict compliance with HACCP hygiene rules
  • Execute service with agility across different settings including tea-time and room service
  • Support pastry commis and maintain an organized workstation

Requirements

  • Mastery of pastry basics (ganaches, doughs, creams)
  • Proficiency with pastry tools like piping bags and precision scales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic English skills for international clientele
  • Dynamic, reactive, and team-oriented attitude
