About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with food mise en place, including cleaning, peeling, cutting, and cooking
- Prepare garnishes, seasonings, and herbs
- Support the Chef de Partie with preparations before service and participate in service as needed
- Maintain station cleanliness and ensure all work instruments are cleaned and stored properly
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Assist in the integration and training of interns and new team members
Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in an autonomous kitchen role
- Highly organized and rigorous approach to work
- Punctual with a positive, professional attitude
- Sensitivity to the culinary vision of Chef Alexandre Gauthier
