About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation including cleaning, peeling, cutting, chopping, and cooking
- Prepare garnishes, seasonings, and herbs
- Support the Chef de Partie with preparations before service and participate in service as needed
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and ensure all kitchen instruments are cleaned and stored properly
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards during work
Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience working with autonomy in a kitchen environment
- Highly organized and rigorous approach to tasks
- Punctual with a positive, professional attitude
- Sensitivity to the culinary vision of Chef Alexandre Gauthier
