Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Production Department
  • Maintain overall efficiency of established standards
  • Promote a positive work environment
  • Organize and monitor all affairs concerned to the position
  • Maintain proper grooming at all times
  • Attend scheduled training classes
  • Cooperate and show respect within the team and other departments

Requirements

  • Knowledge of hotel facilities and daily activities
  • Ability to work under the direction of the Chef De Partie and Executive Chef
