About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Production Department
- Maintain overall efficiency of established standards
- Promote a positive work environment
- Organize and monitor all affairs concerned to the position
- Maintain proper grooming at all times
- Attend scheduled training classes
- Cooperate and show respect within the team and other departments
Requirements
- Knowledge of hotel facilities and daily activities
- Ability to work under the direction of the Chef De Partie and Executive Chef
