Demi Chef De Partie

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to exacting standards of quality and presentation alongside the Chef De Partie
• Take ownership of a designated kitchen section, such as sauces, grill, or pastry
• Innovate and curate menu offerings that harmonize local flavors with global culinary trends
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
• Manage ingredient stock levels and implement a minimum-waste approach to ordering
• Provide mentorship and support to junior kitchen staff to foster a productive team environment
• Ensure the impeccable organization and setup of the kitchen section before service periods

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
• Culinary Degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in culinary techniques, presentation, and plating methods
• Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP principles and food hygiene standards
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
