Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel kitchen
- Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience supervising a professional kitchen section
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and culinary preparations
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting heavy items
