About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the specific station under the supervision of the Chef de Partie
- Select ingredients following quality standards and follow recipes/procedures
- Meticulously care for the presentation and plating of dishes
- Assist the kitchen brigade during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality structures
- Good knowledge of basic Italian cuisine techniques
- Knowledge of workplace and personal hygiene standards
- HACCP certification
- Seriousness, responsibility, and passion
- Ability to work in a team
