Demi Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the assigned kitchen section
• Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and quality standards
• Support menu preparation and contribute ideas for new dishes
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold HACCP and hygiene standards
• Assist in training and guiding Commis team members
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a DCDP or strong Commis 1 ready for promotion
• Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred
• Must be currently in the UAE and available to join soon
