About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in assigned sections following brand standards
- Ensure food is prepared with precision, attention to detail, and high consistency
- Support station management, including cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
- Monitor inventory and report shortages or equipment issues to senior chefs
- Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation for all dishes
- Adhere to hygiene standards and food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service coordination
- Assist junior chefs and apprentices to foster a collaborative environment
- Contribute to the development of new dishes and seasonal menus
