Demandgen/Growth Marketer

Responsibilities

• Establish growth marketing as a repeatable, scalable engine across various geographies, audiences, and channels to drive business outcomes like new subscriptions and API usage.
• Build integrated growth marketing capabilities that deliver high-performing campaigns for blockchain product managers and ecosystem partners.
• Develop scalable, automated campaign journeys to deliver triggered content, such as chain-specific KPI dashboards, in collaboration with product marketing.
• Create testing and optimization frameworks using A/B testing to refine messaging, landing pages, and offers to optimize demo bookings and ARR.
• Analyze Web3 customer behavior and on-chain interaction patterns to enhance segmentation and engagement across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years in growth marketing or demand generation within a high-growth SaaS startup.
• Proven experience in the blockchain, fintech, or data analytics sectors.
• Expertise in building scalable email and cross-channel growth campaigns with a deep understanding of conversion metrics and optimization.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and operations tools such as HubSpot or Clay.
• Strong data analysis skills and comfort working with complex datasets, including on-chain transaction data.
• A passion for blockchain technology and familiarity with DeFi, trad-fi, or cross-chain analytics.
