Demand & Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage In-Market supply and demand planning processes for specific markets and product categories
• Monitor in-market supply and review constraints to minimize service loss and stock-outs
• Own the 36-month volume forecast, validating supply capacity and lead times
• Lead the monthly consensus forecast review and enrichment meetings
• Manage inventory levels, including safety stock reviews and mitigating write-off risks
• Coordinate product life cycle management, including NPI (New Product Introductions) and SKU phase-outs
• Collaborate with Demand Forecasters, Supply Hubs, and Commercial teams to align plans
• Maintain product master data and ensure compliance with SOPs and change controls

Requirements

• Proven experience in Supply or Demand Planning
• Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of sales and commercial processes
• Experience with SAP IBP
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
