Demand & Supply Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer group plans align with total aggregated plans per Continent/Planning Market
• Translate Sales Markets’ bottom-up demand plans into supply plans and buying volumes
• Provide input on local specifics like seasonality and climate for supply plans
• Update and adjust channel splits in PLUTO
• Identify deviations in Global supply plans and provide recommendations
• Oversee order writing from a Continent-level perspective
• Manage pre-season stock allocation to warehouses based on approved buying volumes
• Monitor warehouse allocation accuracy in Anaplan and Pluto

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in demand or supply planning, forecasting, or data analysis
• Experience within retail, fashion, or FMCG industries
• Deep understanding of end-to-end buying processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in planning tools like Anaplan or Pluto is a plus
