Demand Planning Supervisor - Andean Region

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Demand Planning team for Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador, providing coaching and continuous feedback to analysts.
• Ensure end-to-end forecast accuracy by integrating sales volume, distribution plans, and transport mode volumes.
• Design and evolve demand forecasting models to account for seasonal peaks such as Hot Sale, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
• Partner with Supply, Transport, Commercial, and Finance teams within the S&OP/IBP integrated planning cycle.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, data quality initiatives, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, or logistics operations.
• Proven experience leading teams or coordinating complex deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Python, and SQL (required).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
