Demand Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the 6-month rolling forecast using historical trends, planned promotions, and stock levels
• Track projected inventory across countries, brands, and categories
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements
• Trigger replenishment orders based on defined target stock levels
• Maintain reorder points, safety stock levels, and min/max thresholds
• Represent demand planning in S&OP meetings to provide insights on supply constraints and campaign feasibility
• Conduct scenario planning and "what-if" analyses for demand surges or supply delays

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain management
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory KPIs and replenishment models
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling skills
• Practical experience with SQL and Python
• Fluency in English
• Ability to communicate effectively with both commercial and operational teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Regression techniques
