Demand Planning Internship

Responsibilities

• Support demand forecasting activities using historical sales data and market insights
• Analyze demand trends, seasonality, and variances to support forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams during planning cycles
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and planning review materials
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in forecasting and planning processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and data quality enhancement

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Availability for a full-time and on-site internship
• Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in working with data
• Good Excel skills (data structuring, formulas, basic analysis)
• Structured thinking with strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving attitude and logical approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in or basic knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain processes
• Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, or reporting tools
• Interest in AI-supported analytics or forecasting tools
• Exposure to ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP)
• Knowledge of Power BI, Excel Power Query, or similar tools
• Korean language skills or international study experience
