Demand Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and define the integrated Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) model to improve planning and execution across the Snacks México value chain.
• Coordinate short, medium, and long-term demand planning for Snacks México and its 59 sales branches.
• Manage production needs across three plants to optimize working capital and ensure adequate supply for sales branches.
• Define and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) for planning processes to ensure reliable and comparable measurement.
• Manage and maintain master data within planning platforms to ensure information reliability.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Blue Yonder platform to prevent disruptions in planning processes.
• Align planning and execution processes within the supply chain to drive business profitability and service levels.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management.
• Extensive experience in demand planning.
• Experience in warehouse administration.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or postgraduate studies.
• Knowledge of costs, budgets, and personnel administration.
• Experience with Blue Yonder or similar advanced planning systems (MSP, MRP, DRP).
• Knowledge of distribution, logistics, and inventory control.
