Demand Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, trends, and customer behavior to create demand plans
• Manage inventory levels to meet corporate goals and review forecast vs budget gaps
• Identify product shortages and excess inventory through supply chain reporting
• Provide ad hoc reports to International, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Participate in monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (S&OP) functions
• Track inventory ownership for finished goods and components
• Provide production forecasts to partners and contract manufacturers
• Execute excess inventory management based on expiration dates

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in inventory control and planning
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and forecasting systems
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Experience with ERP systems
