Demand Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage business performance and drive omnichannel operational goals by analyzing inventory in-stocks, productivity, budget, and turnover.
• Tune RELEX forecast accuracy and develop new SKU-Store level forecasts.
• Develop recommendations and execute action plans to mitigate business risks.
• Ensure incremental pricing, promotion, and seasonal forecasts and inventory plans are executed.
• Cultivate strategic vendor partnerships to drive integrated supply chain performance.
• Participate in cross-functional SKU, Category, and Seasonal Transition processes.
• Regularly review inventory settings, including service levels, order cycles, and lead times.
• Monitor receipts and collaborate with Vendor and Supply Chain partners to resolve Purchase Order issues.
• Partner with Merchants, Space Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a related role (Retail Management, Supply Chain, or Business preferred).
• 2+ years of prior Demand Planning or Merchandising experience.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically with databases and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• Demonstrated planning, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and meeting tight deadlines.
