About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Supply teams to develop SKU-level forecasts aligned with business objectives
  • Develop consistent communication processes with Sales leadership to ensure promotions are supported and expectations are clear
  • Analyze order trends to identify discrepancies between forecasts and actual trends, recommending necessary adjustments
  • Proactively communicate risks to inventory availability and work with Sales to mitigate potential issues
  • Perform root cause analysis of demand issues and provide monthly Sales & Operations (S&OP) updates to leadership
  • Continuously enhance internal processes and performance metrics to drive efficiency across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Power Query
  • Experience working with ERP or planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Demantra, or Anaplan
  • Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and supply chain best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing Amazon (AMZ) accounts
