About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Supply teams to develop SKU-level forecasts aligned with business objectives
- Develop consistent communication processes with Sales leadership to ensure promotions are supported and expectations are clear
- Analyze order trends to identify discrepancies between forecasts and actual trends, recommending necessary adjustments
- Proactively communicate risks to inventory availability and work with Sales to mitigate potential issues
- Perform root cause analysis of demand issues and provide monthly Sales & Operations (S&OP) updates to leadership
- Continuously enhance internal processes and performance metrics to drive efficiency across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Power Query
- Experience working with ERP or planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Demantra, or Anaplan
- Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and supply chain best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience managing Amazon (AMZ) accounts
