Demand Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and purchase products daily across various categories and brands to ensure optimal stock levels in stores and distribution centers.
• Monitor sales trends and develop demand forecasts to anticipate purchasing needs and inventory adjustments.
• Manage purchase orders and shipments with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain healthy inventory levels by managing excesses, shortages, and transfers to optimize availability and reduce shrinkage.
• Project future purchases on a six-month horizon by category and brand, sharing monthly estimates with suppliers to align with demand strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in sales and inventory analysis.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SAP, and forecasting tools.
• Advanced English proficiency is indispensable.
