About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop rolling demand forecasts based on Sales CRM, customer insights, and project seasonality
- Translate sales opportunities into operational forecasts for technician demand and robotic asset utilization
- Consolidate sales, operations, and production data into actionable dashboards using agentic AI tools
- Drive forecast consensus through collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Production Planning
- Coordinate with MRO department to align robotic set availability with forecasted needs
- Actively participate in E2E Planning tool development
- Serve as a deputy for the S&OP Director when required
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting
- Fluency in English and Latvian
- Knowledge of S&OP principles and process frameworks
- Experience working with sales pipelines (e.g., Pipedrive)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in service industries or field technician operations is an advantage
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Monitor G5, or similar ERP systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and coding software is an advantage
