Demand Planner

Responsibilities

• Model future forecasts using sell-in, stock-in-trade, and sell-out data in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial departments
• Lead forecast alignment and validation meetings within assigned categories
• Present forecast figures to top management to facilitate qualitative decision-making
• Lead division efforts for effective future product launch planning
• Manage product lifecycles and support catalog simplification initiatives
• Optimize service levels and stock quality in coordination with the Supply Planning team
• Ensure effective implementation of new forecasting tools and processes
• Coordinate and align with international supply chain teams, including S&OP

Requirements

• Proven understanding of demand and supply planning processes and techniques
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with senior management
• Advanced Excel skills and general IT literacy
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work proactively and prioritize efficiently
• Experience with forecasting and modeling techniques is a plus
