Demand Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business inputs
• Lead monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycles and align with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
• Analyze forecast accuracy and implement improvement actions to reduce gaps
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence
• Support new product launches with forecasting and demand planning strategies
• Prepare and present demand planning reports, insights, and risks to management
• Collaborate with supply planning and procurement teams to ensure efficient replenishment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Solid knowledge of S&OP and inventory management principles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the electronics, FMCG, or retail industry
• Exposure to demand planning tools such as SAP IBP, APO, Anaplan, or Kinaxis
• APICS certification (CPIM / CSCP)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of Saudi market dynamics and demand patterns
