Demand Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts at the product, customer, and regional level
• Collaborate with Sales to gather market intelligence and customer insights
• Participate in the monthly S&OP demand review process
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate demand data and planning parameters within the ERP system
• Support new product introduction (NPI) planning
• Generate demand planning reports and dashboards to communicate KPI performance
• Coordinate with Supply Planning to communicate demand changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• INFOR/SyteLine experience
• Experience using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with statistical forecasting tools
• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification
