Demand Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage the Demand Planning process across all categories to support the operating model
• Maintain detailed knowledge of demand forecasts, statistical baselines, promotions, and cannibalization effects
• Support sales and marketing intelligence, new product introductions, and market data analysis
• Ensure full volume and value alignment of market Demand Forecasts
• Lead Demand Planning input into Market Core Commercial Cycle meetings and 3/1 planning cycles
• Challenge sales forecasts to ensure alignment between volume and value forecasts
• Facilitate alignment and verification of sell-out and Stock in Trade evaluations
• Lead effective product lifecycle management and processes to clear slow-moving stocks
• Partner with Finance to define financial plans and provide expert input to the Customer Supply Chain Lead
• Build strong networks with senior managers across Commercial, Supply Planning, and Category teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 3+ years of experience in demand or finance planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the FMCG industry
• Master’s degree
• Understanding of sales, commercial, supply planning, and customer service processes
• Experience with SAP, Planning systems, or IBP
• Knowledge of Power BI (PBI)
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and build cross-functional partnerships
