Demand Planner

About the Company

Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence. We co-design chips, racks, software, and manufacturing to deliver best-in-class throughput and latency across both prefill and decode workloads. Our first products are heavily focused on inference.

Responsibilities

• Own demand-supply forecasting and finished goods inventory
• Generate and execute weekly and quarterly demand-supply plans that meet S&OP objectives
• Evaluate risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate risk
• Monitor planned vs. actual builds, inventory levels across multiple SKUs, and consumption rates
• Partner with Manufacturing OPM and Global Supply Management to translate forecasts into executable build plans
• Lead scenario planning, risk identification, and mitigation under capacity or component constraints
• Drive continuous improvement of demand planning processes, tools, and models

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in production or NPI environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with APS, MRP/ERP systems, or scenario planning tools
• Background in hardware, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing
• Experience with data visualization, SQL, or Python
