About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable, data-driven baseline forecasts for a 0-24 month horizon to support distributor markets.
  • Own the integrated demand plan for assigned markets, managing sell-in, depletions, and inventory context.
  • Drive the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) monthly rhythm by providing clear insights into demand drivers.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to translate market intelligence into actionable planning implications.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in demand planning processes and system enhancements.
  • Analyze external data, including promotions, innovation launches, and market dynamics, to ensure forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in demand forecasting techniques and tools (e.g., time series, regression).
  • Experience using demand planning software such as SAP BI, HANA, or IBP.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and depletions-based planning.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Eastern European languages.
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-market distributor environment.
