Demand Planner

Responsibilities

• Enrich local market forecasts with short-term insights (0–4 months) to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to refine demand plans and integrate promotional activities.
• Lead demand reviews within the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
• Analyze market volumes and adjust forecasts by channel to ensure robust demand plans.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Act as the voice of demand, communicating forecast changes, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in demand forecasting and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with SAP BI, IBP, or HANA.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with visualization tools like Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of time series and regression forecasting methods.
• Understanding of the financial and marketing drivers of consumer demand.
