Demand Plan Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand forecasts using historical data, market insights, and cross-functional input
• Lead the demand planning cycle within the S&OP process and ensure timely forecast submissions
• Collaborate with Sales Areas, Finance, and TTI to align demand plans with business strategy
• Facilitate Renault Trucks decision meetings and provide insights on risks and opportunities
• Deliver accurate, data-driven demand plans to support business objectives and optimize supply chain performance

Requirements

• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
• Experience in S&OP or IBP processes is a merit
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, BI tools, and planning systems
