Demand Manager

Responsibilities

• Maximize network revenue and achieve monthly targets through accurate demand forecasting and strategic revenue management.
• Forecast demand across multiple dimensions including class, departure time, day of week, origin, and destination.
• Manage revenue during peak periods and special events to capitalize on demand fluctuations.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Analyze revenue performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with commercial departments, network planning, sales, and marketing to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Utilize revenue management software and tools to optimize decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent relevant analytical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a numerate and analytical role.
• High familiarity with airline systems including PROS and Origin & Destination Systems.
• Proficiency with GDS, DDS, and reporting tools such as Tableau and Zenztech.
