Demand Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and business intelligence
• Lead the monthly Demand Review process for assigned product groups as part of the S&OP cycle
• Analyze forecast accuracy and deviations to implement necessary corrective actions
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, and Supply Planning to align on demand changes
• Utilize forecasting tools and ERP systems (SAP/IBP) for data analysis and forecast generation
• Prepare detailed reports and KPI analyses to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Management
• Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and various forecasting methodologies
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP/IBP, and advanced forecasting tools
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills and a structured working style
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the German language
