Demand Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Transform fragmented demand signals from Product, Compliance, and Operations into structured, forecast-ready inputs.
• Lead the structured intake of demand drivers into a centralized Source of Truth to ensure operational readiness.
• Perform high-rigor "What-If" scenario modeling to evaluate the SLA and cost impact of launch delays or volume spikes.
• Execute advanced data extraction using SQL to perform cohort analysis and validate volume estimates.
• Leverage generative AI and LLMs to accelerate data extraction, automate documentation, and generate predictive scenarios.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on variances between forecasts and actuals to refine future modeling.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members to uplift execution quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Workforce Management, Demand Planning, or Capacity Planning in high-volume environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (complex modeling and macros) and SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions).
• Knowledge of advanced statistical methods for time-series forecasting, such as ARIMA or GARCH.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to translate complex technical analysis into concise narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SLA mechanics, AHT drivers, and intraday distribution patterns.
