Demand Generation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels including email, PPC, and LinkedIn ads to build pipeline.
• Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, focusing on strategy, messaging, and execution.
• Develop market-specific content and digital marketing plans to build awareness and interest.
• Plan and organize virtual and in-person events, roundtables, and third-party partnerships to generate high-quality leads.
• Generate thought leadership content such as whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and research reports.
• Build partnerships with technology partners and research firms to launch joint marketing programs.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to align demand generation with go-to-market initiatives.
• Optimize campaigns to ensure channel efficiency and measurable ROI.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven track record in demand generation and pipeline building.
• Strong expertise in ABM programs, integrated campaigns, and pipeline acceleration.
• Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
• Deep experience managing LinkedIn campaigns, Google PPC/Analytics, and SEO/SEM.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling campaigns and content.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or Strategy from a Tier I B-School.
