About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and maintain nurture campaigns across email, chat, and related automation programs
- Support lead scoring, lifecycle management, routing updates, list hygiene, and campaign QA in HubSpot
- Monitor HubSpot-to-Dynamics sync health and resolve lead flow or routing errors
- Manage website updates including page edits, form checks, and CTA updates
- Coordinate with agency or contractor partners on web tasks and deliverables
- Partner with Product Marketing to update website copy and content offers
- Support SEO, content alignment, and website optimization efforts
- Run tests on emails, landing pages, and forms and track results
- Pull campaign data and maintain dashboards for Marketing and Sales stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B Marketing Ops, Campaign Ops, or Demand Gen support
- Hands-on HubSpot experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Dynamics
- Exposure to ABM or paid media platforms such as AdRoll or 6sense
- Experience with data tools like Clay
- Understanding of B2B funnel stages (lead, MQL, SQL, opportunity)
- Experience with website optimization including forms and landing pages
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
