Demand Generation Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, and content marketing
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize efforts based on KPIs and ROI metrics
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned with sales goals and support lead nurturing
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs
• Create engaging content such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars to attract and convert leads
• Manage marketing automation processes and tools to improve lead generation efficiency
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure innovative approaches
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation or marketing
• Strong experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• Proven track record of executing successful demand generation campaigns
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and content marketing best practices
• Saudi nationality preferred
